Membership at The Toledo Club means different things to different people, therefore we've designed membership classifications to meet a variety of needs, whether personal or professional, individual or family.

Membership at The Toledo Club is by invitation, therefore prospective members must be sponsored by a current member in good standing and follow the full application process listed here. If you do not know a current member and are interested in membership, please call our Membership Office at 419.254.2997 or submit an inquiry by clicking here and we can assist you with your process.

Application Process

1. Obtain a membership application by calling 419.254.2980 or emailing nhelm@toledoclub.org

2. Complete and sign the Toledo Club Application for Membership.

3. Identify and obtain signatures and letters of recommendation from one (1) Proposer and two (2) sponsors. Letters must accompany application.

4. Completed application and required credit information will be presented to the Board of Directors at their monthly meeting.

5. Prospective members receiving primary approval will be posted to the Toledo Club membership for one month.

6. Final approval will take place the following month at the Board of Directors meeting.

Membership Classifications

Resident Membership
The Resident Membership is held by the majority of Toledo Club Members. This classification has no exclusions and is available to any person age 36 and over. Members in this class are eligible to vote, hold office and participate in all Club events and amenities without limitations. The Resident Membership includes spouse and children under the age of 21.

Intermediate Membership
The Intermediate Membership is for members between the ages of 31 and 35. This classification has no exclusions. Members in this class are eligible to vote, hold office and participate in all Club events and amenities without limitations. The Intermediate Membership includes spouse and children under the age of 21.

Junior Membership
The Junior Membership is for members between the ages of 21-30. This classification has no exclusions. Members in this class are eligible to vote, hold office and participate in all Club events and amenities without limitation. The Junior Membership includes spouse and children under the age of 21.

Business Membership (Individual)
The Business Membership (Individual) is ideal for individuals who desire usage of The Toledo Club's dining opportunities only. These members will have access to the Main Dining Room, Grill Room and the private dining rooms for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Business Membership Classification has a semi-annual Food and Beverage minimum and restricts usage of the remainder of the Club. Members are limited to 36 visits, annually, in the dining rooms. Business Memberships have access to Worldwide Club Reciprocity but may not utilize local Club reciprocity.

Business Membership (Family)
The Business Membership (Family) is ideal for individuals who primarily desire usage of The Toledo Club's dining opportunities, but would also like access to the Athletic Department. These members will have access to the Main Dining Room, The Grill Room and the private dining rooms for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as unlimited usage of the Athletic Facility (except Squash). This membership classification includes spouse and children under the age of 21. The Business Membership Classification has a semi-annual Food and Beverage minimum and restricts usage of the remainder of the Club. Members are limited to 36 visits, annually, in the dining rooms. Business Memberships have access to Worldwide Club Reciprocity but may not utilize local Club reciprocity.

Dual-Resident Membership
The Dual-Resident Membership is for members over the age of 21 who reside less than thirty (30) miles from the Club's location and also for over six (6) months within a calendar year reside outside of such area. This classification has no exclusions except eligibility to vote or hold office. The Dual-Resident Membership includes spouse and children under the age of 21.

Non-Resident Membership
The Non-Resident Membership is for members over the age of 21 who reside at least thirty (30) miles from the Club's location and who is not engaged in business in the City of Toledo. This classification has no exclusions except eligibility to vote or hold office. The Non-Resident Membership includes spouse and children under the age of 21.
